Payments
All payments and deposits made to Daisy's Artistry are strictly non-refundable.
In the event of any accidental excess payment, a service charge will be applied for refunds.
Payments and deposits are valid for a period of 1 year only. After 1 year, they will be forfeited.
Rescheduling / Cancellations / No-Show
Each slot at Daisy's Artistry is reserved exclusively for the client.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days before the scheduled session without any charge.
Rescheduling within 13 days before the session will incur a fee of $50.
Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full amount of the scheduled service being charged.
In the case of a no-show, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
You are allowed to reschedule a maximum of 2 times. From the 3rd reschedule onwards, a fee of $150 will be charged per reschedule.
If a session is rescheduled and there is a change in pricing, the latest pricing will be applied.
Once a deposit is made through our website, it is considered confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to ensure receipt. Please check your junk mail folder to avoid missing important communication. Failure to receive the confirmation email will not be considered a valid excuse for a no-show.
If a client is visibly sick (e.g., coughing, sneezing, feverish), Daisy’s Artistry reserves the right to request that the session be rescheduled to another day for the safety of all clients and staff.
Styling
An additional fee may be charged if the desired hairstyle takes significantly more time to achieve due to the hair’s condition (e.g., greasy scalp, product buildup, or excessive hair oil applied before arrival).
For best results, clients are advised to arrive with freshly washed hair using a clarifying shampoo, and blow-dried completely without any products applied (such as oils, serums, or styling sprays).
If the client's preferred hairstyle is not suitable due to the hair’s condition or texture on the day, Daisy will suggest an alternative style that suits both the client’s features and the current condition of the hair.
This ensures the final look remains polished and flattering while being achievable within the session’s timeframe.
Photo Editing After Leaving
Photo edits requested after the client has left will incur an additional charge.
The client will be responsible for providing clear instructions and specifications for the desired edits.
Daisy's Artistry will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested edits, but the availability and feasibility of such edits may vary.
Liability
Daisy's Artistry is not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. Clients may bring their own products if they prefer and should inform us in advance.
Image Rights
Daisy's Artistry reserves the right to use all captured images for portfolio purposes.
If you do not wish to have the images posted on social media, please inform Daisy on the day of the shoot.
